Hosted by Carole Fabiano, this enchanting evening transports you to the Lammermuir Hills of Scotland. Enjoy a captivating performance by GO Artists from the Lucia di Lammermoor cast as they present iconic arias, duets, and scenes from opera and classic musical theater, all accompanied by piano.
The evening begins at 5:30 PM with cocktails and a prosecco toast at the Top of the Club, setting the tone for an unforgettable night. An elegant dinner with complimentary wine and light entertainment follows in the main dining room.
For dinner, guests will be served Slow-Braised Short Ribs and Salmon with Rumbledethumps, a Scottish side dish. For dessert, everyone will enjoy a traditional Scottish treat, Cranachan, featuring Scotch-infused whipped cream, raspberries, toasted oats, and honey.
