Hailed by Opera News as “manifesting a clear, bright soprano” and singing “brilliantly and sensitively” (Times Argus), Andrea Baker recently debuted the role of Violetta with Anchorage Opera. This season, Andrea will return to the role of Mimì (La bohème) with Western Plains Opera and Fiordiligi (Così fan Tutte) with Opera Ithaca. Other recent roles include Donna Elvira (Don Giovanni) with Opera Tampa, Donna Anna (Don Giovanni) with Tec de Monterrey/Teatro Gratticelo, Mimì (La bohème) with Wichita Grand Opera and Marzelline (Fidelio) at Opera Company of Middlebury. In 2023, Andrea was awarded the first-place prize in the Edward M. Murray International Competition with Opera Ithaca and the third-place prize in the James Toland Vocal Arts Competition in 2022. In early 2020, Andrea sang the role of Donna Elvira with Pensacola Opera where she was an Artist in Residence during the 2018-2019 season.
While there, she covered the roles of Juliette in Roméo et Juliette, Rosalba in Florencia en el Amazonas, and was the soprano soloist in Mozart’s Exsultate Jubilate and Rossini’s Stabat Mater. Andrea has covered the roles of Liù in Turandot and Rosalinde in Die Fledermaus at Des Moines Metro Opera and the role of Marzelline in Fidelio at Sarasota Opera. Other operatic roles include Alice Ford (Falstaff), First Lady (The Magic Flute), Countess (The Marriage of Figaro), Fiordiligi (Così fan tutte) and Musetta (La bohème).
Praised by the Houston Press for how he “…amazes with a clarion tenor that has the reedy projection of superstar-from-yore Jan Peerce,” Peter Lake is an internationally performing crossover artist who debuted as Old Deuteronomy in Really Useful Group’s production of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s CATS aboard the Oasis of the Seas with Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines International in 2023. He returned to reprise his role as Old Deuteronomy for multiple contracts in the 2024 season. This October, Peter released his debut full-length album of all his favorite Broadway hits, “Still Standing.” His acclaimed album is currently available on all streaming platforms! In the Spring of 2024, Peter made his role debut as Roberto in Puccini’s rarely performed Le Villi with a return to Mobile Opera in collaboration with Classical Ballet Mobile along with a return to Pacific Opera Project to share in their ground-breaking English-Japanese language production of Madama Butterfly as the leading tenor, B.F. Pinkerton. Ever since performing Rodolfo in Gulfshore Opera’s production of La bohéme, Peter has looked forward to the opportunity to return and is overjoyed to be debuting the role of the Prince in Rusalka!

This season he originates the role of Cura Viejo in the world premiere of Fowler and Flack’s Behold the Man with Opera Las Vegas. He recently performed the villain Marduk in Cosmic Cowboy by Cerise Lim Jacobs and Elena Ruehr with White Snake Projects in Boston and he stood out as the Commentator in Andrew Wang’s Scalia / Ginsburg presented in Houston by Opera in the Heights. Other roles include Cox in the world premiere of Penelope Ann’s Revenge by composer Curtis Tucker, The Pirate King in The Pirates of Penzance with Opera Tampa, Don Alhambra in The Gondoliers with Winter Opera St. Louis, Dick Deadeye in H.M.S. Pinafore with First Coast Opera, and Frank in Die Fledermaus with Opera Orlando. He received outstanding reviews as Luther Billis in South Pacific at Opera North and St. Petersburg Opera, and Macheath in Weill’s The Threepenny Opera with The Princeton Festival.
An apprentice at The Santa Fe Opera for two seasons, he debuted the role of Kobun in a workshop performance of Mark Campbell and Mason Bates’ The (R)evolution of Steve Jobs, sang Zweiter Soldat in Salome, and originated the role of Thomas in the world premiere of Jennifer Higdon’s Cold Mountain on the main festival stage.
Lauded for her “lower extension that has to be heard to be believed,” Emily Geller is a contralto based in New York City. Last season, Ms. Geller performed Mistress Quickly in Falstaff with Salt Marsh Opera, the Marquise of Berkenfield in La fille du régiment with Opera Company of Middlebury, Prince Orlofsky in Die Fledermaus with Pacific Opera Project, and Second Lady in a new projection-based production of The Magic Flute with Tri-Cities Opera and LUMA Arts Festival. Upcoming 2025 performances include the Marquise of Berkenfield in La fille du régiment with Opera Santa Barbara, and Mrs. Cripps (Buttercup) in HMS Pinafore with Opera Las Vegas and Pacific Opera Project. Ms. Geller has performed with St. Petersburg Opera, Newport Classical, Opera North, Opera on the James, Natchez Festival of Music, Opera Fayetteville, and Experiments in Opera. She earned her Bachelor’s of Music in Vocal Performance from New England Conservatory of Music and her Master’s of Music in Opera from Binghamton University.
Aaron Santos is a classically trained tenor specializing in opera and musical theater. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Vocal Performance and has showcased his talent in various productions. Aaron has performed with Gulfshore Opera, taking on roles in Elixir of Love and Turandot, where his captivating voice and stage presence were highly praised. In addition to his operatic performances, Aaron has hosted several concerts with Gulfshore Opera, demonstrating his versatility and passion for engaging with audiences. He is thrilled to continue collaborating with the company and looks forward to future performances and projects.
Olivia Darla is a multidimensional vocalist whose repertoire transcends many genres. She obtained her Master’s Degree in Music Performance from the prestigious Jacob’s School of Music at Indiana University, where she also won the 2009 state-wide Campus Superstar competition.
She has been involved in the productions of La Boheme, Tales of Hoffman, La Traviata, and Cendrillon. Darla has also performed with the Bloomington POPS orchestra and the Indianapolis Festival Symphony as a featured artist. In addition to being an artist, Olivia works as a substitute teacher for elementary and middle school and delights in creating vegan dishes.
